If you have private medical insurance please let me know when arranging the initial appointment. When arranging an appointment please have your policy number and an authorisation number at hand when booking an appointment. A referral from your GP may be required prior to your company providing an authorisation code.
Our policy is that the patient will pay for treatment directly and I will provide a written receipt of the treatment session for the patient to claim back their treatment costs.
